How Does the Home Buyers Rebate Program work?
For any home sale with a final sales price
(excluding closing costs) of $100,000 or more, where Orange County Homes
and Loans has acted as their sole and exclusive agent in the purchase of real
estate, Orange County Homes and Loans will rebate to the buyer 1/2
(one half) of the cooperating broker commission or fee (up to 1.5% of the final
sales price) paid to Orange County Homes and Loans at the at the successful
settlement/completion of escrow.
For any home sale with a final sales price
(excluding closing costs) of less than $100,000 where Orange County Homes
and Loans has acted as their sole and exclusive agent in the purchase of real
estate, Orange County Homes and Loans will rebate to the buyer a flat rate of
$500. at the successful settlement/completion of escrow.

The amount of rebate will vary according to the
final sales prices and the amount of commission received by Orange County Homes
and Loans. Typical commission ranges from 2 to 3%
